By downloading, installing, or using the ViewMaster Chrome Extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the extension from your browser.

2. Description of Service

ViewMaster is a browser extension that modifies the playback speed and attempts to enforce video quality settings on the youtube.com website. We do not host, store, or distribute any video content.

3. Limitations of Liability

The Extension relies on YouTube's internal player APIs, which are subject to change without notice by YouTube/Google. We do not guarantee continuous functionality or perfect enforcement of quality preferences (especially regarding 4K or 8K resolutions, which are dynamically managed by YouTube).

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIEWMASTER OR ITS CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION.

4. Fair Use

You agree to use the Extension exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with Google's and YouTube's terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and branding of the ViewMaster extension are the property of its creators. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC. This extension is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

6. Modifications to the Extension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time, with or without notice.
